Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:

Standard Shipping (€12.95)
– Carrier: DHL or FedEx
– Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
– Available worldwide (excluding Asia and some remote areas)

Free Shipping
– Carrier: EMS
– Available for orders over €50
– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

International Shipping

We ship globally (excluding Asia and some remote areas). Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties that may apply in their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, you may return or exchange it within 15 days of receiving your package.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging or similar protective packaging
  • Sale or promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Panties, thongs, and briefs with opened packaging
  • Worn or washed cotton undershirts
  • Any intimate apparel with removed tags

Return Process

  1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with:
    • Your order number
    • Items you wish to return/exchange
    • Reason for return/exchange
    • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange (specify size/color for exchanges)
  2. Our customer service team will email you a return authorization with shipping instructions
  3. Carefully package your return items with a copy of your invoice/order number

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card or PayPal).

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item. For international returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Exchanges

If the exchanged item has a different price than the original, we will adjust the difference with a refund or additional payment. Shipping fees for the new item will be covered by us.

Exchange processing and shipping time is the same as for standard orders (1-2 business days processing).
